A roofing warranty should give you real peace of mind — not fine print that disappears when you actually need it. Rylee Ann Roofing backs every residential asphalt shingle installation with a 10-year leak-free workmanship warranty, far exceeding the industry standard of just 2–7 years. This warranty is our commitment that the work we do will protect your home the way it should.
Every residential asphalt shingle installation by Rylee Ann Roofing is backed by our 10-year leak-free workmanship warranty. If your roof leaks due to our work, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.
We are an Owens Corning “Certified” Installer
When you invest in a new roof, you’re typically covered by two separate warranties: a manufacturer warranty on the roofing materials and a workmanship warranty from the contractor who installed them. Both matter, and here’s why:
The manufacturer warranty covers defects in the roofing materials themselves — shingles, underlayment, and related components. As an Owens Corning Certified Installer, Rylee Ann Roofing installs Owens Corning products that come with manufacturer warranty protection. The specific coverage depends on the product line and system installed.
Even the best materials can fail if they're installed improperly. The workmanship warranty covers the quality of the installation itself — flashing, sealing, underlayment, shingle alignment, ventilation, and everything else the contractor is responsible for. The majority of roof failures stem from installation errors, not material defects. Rylee Ann Roofing's 10-year leak-free workmanship warranty means if your roof leaks due to an installation issue within 10 years, we fix it at no cost.
A strong warranty gives you confidence that the money you spend on your roof is protected long-term. Contact Rylee Ann Roofing at 833-691-7663 to learn more about our warranty coverage or to schedule a free estimate for your Bucks County home.
What does warranty on workmanship / Labor mean?
A workmanship warranty provides the property owner with coverage against workmanship or installation errors. The Industry standard is between 2- 7 years for labor warranty for a typical residential asphalt shingle roof install. As a testament to our commitment to a quality install of your roof Rylee Ann Roofing offers as a standard 10 year leak free warranty. We are an Owens Corning “Certified Installer” with factory trained installers.
Residential / Commercial
We stand behind all repair work with a reoccurrence warranty on any leaks in the repaired area. Before-and-after photos are always provided so you know the work was completed professionally. Some roofs may not qualify for a repair warranty due to age beyond intended life expectancy, poor previous repairs by others, or unsafe work conditions. If a roof system is beyond repair, we will provide a replacement proposal with photo documentation to support our findings.
Rylee Ann Roofing states that qualifying residential asphalt-shingle installations are covered for leaks caused by workmanship or installation issues during the published 10-year workmanship period. The written warranty provided with the project controls the exact terms and exclusions.
The workmanship warranty is intended for installation or workmanship issues rather than damage caused by external events such as hail, falling objects, or severe wind. Whether storm damage is covered by homeowners insurance depends on the individual policy and claim determination.
Rylee Ann Roofing currently states that pro-rated warranties may be available upon written request. Homeowners should confirm transfer eligibility, any pro-rating, deadlines, and required paperwork directly with the company before relying on a warranty transfer.
Contact Rylee Ann Roofing, describe the concern, and provide the project address and any helpful photos. The company states that it has a 24-hour issue-resolution policy and will arrange an assessment of the reported problem.
