Our name comes from our owner Steve Nickerson’s daughter, Rylee Ann. This is a family business in every sense: we treat our customers’ homes and properties with the same care we’d give our own. That’s not a tagline — it’s how we operate every day.

Steve brings 30 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial roofing. He personally conducts every estimate, oversees every project, and performs the final walkthrough on every job. Rylee Ann Roofing holds Pennsylvania HIC #139247 and New Jersey HIC# 13VH10032900, and is an Owens Corning Certified Installer with factory-trained crews.
