We stand behind all repair work with a reoccurrence warranty on any leaks in the repaired area. Before-and-after photos are always provided so you know the work was completed professionally. Some roofs may not qualify for a repair warranty due to age beyond intended life expectancy, poor previous repairs by others, or unsafe work conditions. If a roof system is beyond repair, we will provide a replacement proposal with photo documentation to support our findings.
It covers any roof leak caused by a workmanship or installation issue within 10 years of your project’s completion. If water enters your home due to something we did or didn’t do during installation, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Storm damage caused by hail, fallen trees, or extreme wind events is not covered under the workmanship warranty — that’s what your homeowner’s insurance is for. However, if a storm reveals an underlying installation issue, we’ll address the workmanship component under warranty.
