Rylee Ann Roofing is a family-owned and operated roofing contractor based in Fairless Hills, PA, serving homeowners and commercial property owners throughout Bucks County PA, Lehigh County PA, Mercer County NJ, and Burlington County NJ. Founded in 2016 and backed by 30 years of industry experience, we are a trade-specific roofing company — dedicated solely to roofing, not a general contractor who happens to do roof work on the side.
Our name comes from our owner Steve Nickerson’s daughter, Rylee Ann. This is a family business in every sense: we treat our customers’ homes and properties with the same care we’d give our own. That’s not a tagline — it’s how we operate every day.

Steve brings 30 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial roofing. He personally conducts every estimate, oversees every project, and performs the final walkthrough on every job. Rylee Ann Roofing holds Pennsylvania HIC #139247 and New Jersey HIC# 13VH10032900, and is an Owens Corning Certified Installer with factory-trained crews.
Genevieve Nickerson
Operations Manager
Genevieve manages project coordination, scheduling, customer communications, and the day-to-day operations that keep every project running smoothly. She is the voice you’ll hear when you call, and she makes sure every client gets the responsive, transparent communication Rylee Ann Roofing is known for.
