What does warranty on workmanship / Labor mean?
A workmanship warranty provides the property owner with coverage against workmanship or installation errors. The Industry standard is between 2- 7 years for labor warranty for a typical residential asphalt shingle roof install. As a testament to our commitment to a quality install of your roof Rylee Ann Roofing offers as a standard 10 year leak free warranty. We are an Owens Corning “ Certified Installer” with factory trained installers.
Repairs:

We stand behind all our repair work with a reoccurrence warranty of any leaks in the area of repairs. Photos of repairs before / after are always furnished so you the property owner are reassured that the work was performed in a professional satisfactory manor. Some roofs will NOT qualify for a warranty on repairs due to some of the following : Roof is beyond its intended life expectancy, poor repairs done by others, unsafe work conditions. If a roof system IS beyond repair, we will offer a replacement proposal supported with photo documentation to support findings of an expired roof system.
